Study Abstract
|
Bacteriophages were isolated from wastewater that infect E. faecium strains Com12 and 1,141,733. Bacteriophage resistant E. faecium isolates were selected using these phages and the genetic alterations leading to bacteriophage resistance were determined using whole genome sequencing.
