Study Abstract
|
Marinovum algicola is a member of the family Rhodobacteraceae described in 2009 by Harwati et al (Lafay, B. et al., 1995). Genome sequencing of Marinovum algicola CECT 5396, type strain, was done using the Illumina Miseq system by the Central Service of Support to Experimental Research (SCSIE) of the University of Valencia (Spain).
