Study Abstract

Tropicibacter naphthalenivorans is a member of the family Rhodobacteraceae described in 2009 by Harwati et al. Genome sequencing of Tropicibacter naphthalenivorans CECT 7648 was done using the Illumina MiSeq system by the Central Service of Support to Experimental Research (SCSIE) of the University of Valencia (Spain).
