Study Abstract

Thalassobius mediterraneus is a member of the family Rhodobacteraceae described in 2005 by Arahal et al. Genome sequencing of Thalassobius mediterraneus CECT 5120 was done using the Illumina Miseq system by the Central Service of Support to Experimental Research (SCSIE) of the University of Valencia (Spain).
