Study Abstract Whole-genome sequencing of Aspergillus calidoustus (SF006504) was performed using 4 DNA-Seq libraries. The assembly was performed using AllPaths-LG. The gene structures were predicted using a custom pipeline which applied different tools. Functional annotations of the resulting models were done using Blast2GO, IPRScan and SMURF.
