The goal of this study is to resolve the metabolic network of methanogenic communities and identify microbe-microbe metabolic cooperation in two full-scale AD reactors by employing a Stable Isotope Probing (SIP) multi-omic strategy using an array of 7 important metabolic intermediates spanning the anaerobic food web trophic levels. |
