Description
|
Sphingomonas sp. Strain DC-6, isolated from activated sludge of a wastewater treatment facility, can degrade chloroacetanilide herbicides such as alachlor, acetochlor and butachlor. Here, we report the 6.33-Mb genome sequence of strain DC-6 with its genetic feature of helping to remediate environmental organic pollutants. |
