Description

The goal of this study is to understand 1) how the genomic capacity of subsoil microorganisms for C processing surrounding deep roots relate to measured subsoil C sequestration; and 2) what portion of the subsoil community is actively growing, and whether the functional capacity of these organisms is significantly different under deep and shallow rooted crops. |
