Description
![]() |
The goals of this study are 1) to characterize fungal enzymes involved in the degradation of organic nitrogen (casein and urea) and the mechanism(s)by which bacteria enhance fungal proteolytic activityin a cooperative or antagonistic manner; 2) to investigate the nature of the chemical arcenal involved in instances of antagonistic interactions under rich and extremely oligotrophic nutrient conditions. |
