Description Transcriptome sequencing of heterotrophic Actinobacteria Rhodoluna (R.) lacicola Ta8 and Aurantimicrobium sp. Mo1, which both grow faster in the light than in the dark, even though neither has an identifiable light-harvesting system. The goal of this study is to identify the genes and pathways responsible for this phenotype, and to determine how Actinobacteria respond to changing light regimes
