Project Description
Campylobacter jejuni is the leading cause of bacterial gastroenteritis in the world, and is associated with two different diarrheal outcomes in patients. These strains represent different known diarrheal outcomes in patients and in the neonatal piglet model, and were used for comparative genomics to better understand the pathogenesis of the different diarrheal outcomes of Campylobacter jejuni.
