Project Description
![]() |
Whole genome sequencing and annotation of the thermotolerant cellulose degrader Gram-positive strain Actinobifida alba was isolated from Italian soil in 1967. Later this strain was reclassified in 1998 by Zhang et. al as Thermobifida alba DSM 43795T as the type species of the newly formed genus Thermobifida.
