NCBI BioProject Name | The goal of this project is to isolate multiple thermotypes of marine Synechococcus from natural communities. Natural seawater was enriched for photoautotrophs and split into multiple temperatures for two weeks. After the enrichment period Synechococcus was isolated from each temperature.
