Project Description
Strain CWV2 grows at a stronger dechlorination rate than other chloroethene respiring Dehalococcoides strains. This study aims to elucidate the genome and identify the unique reductive dehalogenase genes of strain CWV2 during trichloroethene to ethene respiration.
