Project Description
![]() |
Sequencing of isolates from a thermophilic cellulose-adapted microbial community. A compost derived microbial community was enriched on cellulose, which selected for several thermophilic bacteria. Some of these bacterial species could not be cultivated and therefore single cells from the community were isolated and sequenced to better understand and their role in the community.
