Project Description
Strain T49 is the type strain of class Chthonomoadetes of the phylum Armatimonadetes (formerly candidate division OP10). Here we provide a completed and annotated genome of this strain. T49 is a thermophilic aerobe isolated from geothermally heated soils in New Zealand. The genome was annotated via the IMG/ER pipeline, GenePRIMP, and manually curated. Analysis of the genome provides insights into the ecology of this strain.
