Project Description
J. Craig Venter Institute (JCVI) sequenced the Talaromyces stipitatus strain ATCC 10500 genome at approximately 8.1X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. They generated 820 scaffolds. The 17 of the scaffolds are annotated.
