Project Description
![]() |
Candidatus Arthromitus SFB-mouse-NL is a commensal bacterium with the capacity to orchestrate the coordinated maturation of T-cell responses in germ-free mice, thus mimicking the effect of the conventional mouse microbiota. Here we report the genome sequence of this bacterium, which sets it apart from earlier sequenced mouse SFB isolates.
