Analysis Project Description Contigs were assembled using SPAdes 3.1.0. Resulting scaffolds were filtered for size longer than 1000 bp. Filtered scaffolds were searched against the NCBI database for the 50 most similar sequences using blast+ 2.2.30. Taxonomy assignment was inspected with MEGAN5 and all suspected contaminant sequences were removed.
