Description Rhizosphere microbial communities from two parent lines (Francis and Rondo) and nine recombinant inbred lines (RILs) resulting from a cross of the parents (FR) under continuously flooded conditions. The goal of this study is to determine genotypic impact on methane emissions and methane-cycling microbial community;and to determine if biomass trait differences arising from genotypic differences influence the plant-beneficial microbial community structure.
