Description Genome sequencing of bacterial isolates collected from sediment cores collected in July 2012 and December 2012 as part of two San Diego Coastal Expedition (SDCE) research cruises. The goal is to to obtain new information about the types of secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene cluster (BGCs) that may yield compounds that serve as EESs and the bacteria that produce them.
