Study Abstract
|
In this study, the antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) profiles and the microbial community structure of the two typical aquacultures farms were studied by metagenomics approach. Based on the blast results upon structured ARDB, 50 ARGs subtypes belonging to 21 ARGs types were identi?ed in the two farms.
