Study Abstract
|
Ruegeria arenilitoris is a member of the family Rhodobacteraceae described in 2009 by Harwati et al (Park, S. and Yoon, J. H. 2012). Genome sequencing of Ruegeria arenilitoris CECT 8715, type strain, was done using the Illumina Miseq system by the Central Service of Support to Experimental Research (SCSIE) of the University of Valencia (Spain).
