Rhodomonas salina CCAP 978/27 Transcriptome; sample is from 400mL of total cryptophyte culture, where 100mL came from cultures grown in wide-spectrum, 100mL came from red light, 100mL from blue light, and 100mL from green light. These cultures were then pooled to create one sample for combined transcriptome assembly. All light environments were kept at 30um photons/m^2/s.
