Project Description
The elucidation of the genome of Exiguobacterium antarcticum B7 strain isolated from biofilm in Ginger lake localized in Antarctica will allow the investigation of genomic attributes that can be involved to adaptations of organisms under different thermal regimes which will help transcriptome and proteome studies to discover genes involved in metabolic pathways of adaptation to cold.
