Project Description
J. Craig Ventor Institute sequenced the Penicillium marneffei strain ATCC 18224 genome at 8.8X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. They generated 589 contigs and 452 scaffolds (release 2.0). The 19 of the scaffolds are annotated.
