Our experiments have found that Pseudomonas putida SJTE-1 could degrade estrogen; therefore, sequencing of this strain is tried to find and determine the steriod degradation pathway genes and the regulatory genes, to compare its genome seuqence with other environmental samples and find its special characterics.
