Project Description
Enterococcus hirae R17 was originally isolated from retailed raw meat sold at a pedlars’ market in Beijing,China. The characteristic of this bacterium is its antibiotic resistence to daptomycin. Here, we report the main genome features of Enterococcus hirae R17 and the identification of several predicted proteins implicated in CPS genes cluster.
