We present the draft genome sequence of Clostridium tyrobutyricum strain DIVETGP isolated from bovine milk. Clostridium tyrobutyricum is a naturally occurring microorganism in milk and spore derived from this bacteria and could cause late blowing effect in related cheeses products during ripening.
